I created Fit-Twist: a health referral service because I realized that being healthy is not just about how you look on the outside but how you feel on the inside. I am a yoga teacher and health coach who partners with other businesses and groups to bring health and wellness to you online and in person through health events. My mission is to empower women to be healthy inside-out. Stress is the leading cause of illness and the reason for two-thirds of the total visits to the doctors. Most women are overworked and need a healthy way to reduce stress. I plan to offer Corporate Wellness Programs with Fit-Twist Yoga and mindfulness practices that I developed and shared in my book, "The Anti-Aging Secrets of Yoga" to help promote wellness and reduce stress. My goal is to help employees or the staff feel more energized and relaxed in just one class.
