Embodied Self Awakening

Inside each of us is a deep sense of Truth and inner knowing that is our core essence. This is the Self, and it is who we are when we extract the pain and trauma of a dark, unpleasant past, whether that of our own or that of our ancestors.

Trauma disconnects us from our bodies, and in extreme states leads to long-term disembodiment--a spiritual crisis. Although trauma cannot damage that wise being inside, trauma's natural consequence is separation, yet for the Self to be useful in the world, it must be embodied.

Embodied Self Awakening offers a compassionate solution to the dis-ease and disembodiment that are a direct consequence of trauma.
