Laura and Silvia are two colleagues with a common passion for desserts and especially living with a celiac in the family. One morning over a cup of coffee and a good gluten-free dessert, homemade, they decided to write these simple recipes. Reminiscent of both the failures of the first gluten-free cakes, home-prepared, and they hope that these recipes can be of help to anyone who comes across the first few times in the preparation of gluten-free desserts.
