There will be a focus on mindfulness, open communication, problem-solving, and setting realistic goals.
As a parent, it can be hard to know what to say to your teenager when whey they are struggling with academic performance, sibling rivalry, cyberbullying, and other important topics. You will find real-life examples of conversations between parents and their children to help guide these important and life-changing conversations.
