She was scheduled for eye surgery and her only request after surgery was to set eyes on the face of her mother since she has never seen her before because she was born blind but only knows her voice.
Tony needed someone to play that sensitive role since Sophie had decided she can't leave her job and travel down for Angie's surgery.
Tessy, a club dancer and entertainer was later employed after thorough check.
She was qualified and agreed to take the job even for a lesser amount.
Angie loved Tessy and addresses her as Mom, thinking Tessy is her real Mom.
After her successful surgery, Tessy was the face she saw and she was happy that her wish was granted unknown to Angie that Tessy was just a hired Wife who also needed the money to care for her only little daughter which she kept as a secret from everyone.
They all got acquainted as a loving family. Tessy was playing her role perfectly as a hired Mom to Angie and wife to Tony.
Sophie, Tony's wife was aware of the hired wife because she was the one that suggested the idea.
Sophie was later dismissed from her job abroad, she decided to come home to her family and take up her rule as the real Mom and legal wife to Tony.
But already Tony and Tessy had fallen in love with each other and the news of Sophie returning back was going to obstruct a lot of things.
