"Wellativity: In-Powering Wellness Through Communication - The Workbook" is a straightforward approach to self-improving our health and overall wellbeing. In utilizing and translating a proven "12-Step" method of recovery into Wellativity's Twelve Principles, Morofsky provides a blueprint for optimal health.
