Joshua Plessman has no idea where he's been or how he got to the office on Sixth Avenue in New York City. All he knows is that his head feels like it's splitting open and he is covered in blood. Why can't he remember anything? And... whose blood is this?
When Russell Vaderman struggles to unravel what happened to his nephew, he is thrust into the middle of a pervasive plot by the US government which is literally brainwashing the American people. As he delves deeper, he discovers that he is the one man who can resist this mental manipulation, and what he always thought was just a recurrent dream is really a suppressed memory from his earliest childhood.
Now Russell has become a target for both political poles of power, and if he will not use his peculiar talent to assist them in their nefarious scheme, he must die.
