Thanksgiving is the most celebrated meal of the year and since we only prepare it once a year, most cooks do not get much practice in preparing it. With a plan and advanced preparation, anyone can serve a delicious meal with less stress. What makes our book different from all the rest? We include: * a menu with traditional East Tennessee dishes * a shopping list for the recipes on our menu * an action plan for advance preparation so that everything comes together at the same time to serve a delicious Thanksgiving meal with less stress * recipes with easy to follow instructions and "how to" photos for the novice cook. This book is a compilation of three generations of experience cooking Thanksgiving meals. My sister and I learned to cook from our mother and grandmother at very early ages and we are sharing our knowledge and experience.
