Having staff is part of the natural growth of a business. Read stories about businesses with 1 staff, and those with an international team. Those who have staff try to take from the business and those who have appointed CEOs. Businesses that are online only and those with vast physical operations.
In this book, we interview 10 entreprenuers and ask them all about their lessons and successes in regard to working with staff in their businesses. They answer the following questions:
