About the author: Al Case began martial arts in 1967. He studied such arts as Karate, Wing Chun, Aikido, Northern and Southern Shaolin, Pa Kua Chang and Tai Chi Chuan.He was present when the martial arts were gaining a toehold in America, and he watched how they became degraded and ineffective.
