These should hold on their both hands the Bible and this book. Africa needs individuals who believe in themselves, who breathe integrity, honesty, visions, wish to collaborate and have positive influence over others, dream dreams, have excellent communication skills in order to bring to light wonderful social projects God have given them, motivating resources, promoting and discovering talents, receiving support from others, and doing what other civilized and developed countries have done and continue to do without selfish ambitions and tribalism. We should just learn from others put into our place what has been proven to be true there. Africa needs leaders in all her cultural, social, political, religious, and economical organizations. Africa needs visionary, selves confident, trustworthy, and ambitious leaders, pioneers and dreamers, influential renovators, who can move wills, stimulate individuals and talented groups. By doing this, African countries and societies could historically be numbered among the developed ones in less than twenty years from today. Europeans, rather the Western world have made the science of leadership a main tool of their development and resource management. Because of the place that science occupies within human development in these countries, their dreams have become realities today. Yes We can The exploitation of human resources and a good management of natural resources are what we need in order to do what others have done. This book is the tool capable to bring us to our promised land. Let us study and cultivate qualities and characteristics of leadership according to this little book.
