With the Dreadcranks and their sympathizers exiled to the floating Rusten Island all seems to be lost. However in nearly two decades the oligarchy of Engia has managed to make quite a long list of enemies, and under Kassidy they finally have a reason to come together and make their grievances known. The Dreadcranks plan to launch the largest attack on the steam drive city since it was built. Engineered by a man thought fit for a life in an asylum, his crazed plans are finally put to good use. The Ringers don't plan on giving the city up without a fight, and the long struggle for control of Engia has finally come to a head.
