For centuries, witches, those born on a solstice or equinox, have maintained the climate. A witch's power is from the sun and peaks in the season of their birth. But now their control is faltering as the atmosphere becomes more erratic.
All hope lies with Clara, an Everwitch whose magic is tied to all four seasons. But Clara is not in control of her power. Her magic is wild and erratic, and when she loses control of it, the people she loves are the ones to pay the price.
But as the weather turns more deadly, Clara knows she must do something. She vows to either take ownership of her power or lose it forever. As she works to strengthen her magic, she's drawn to Sang, the spring witch tasked with training her.
As her magic grows, so do her feelings for Sang--until she's terrified he'll be the next one she loses. Torn between her magic and her happiness, her duty and her the people she loves, she must choose, before she loses everything.
