If originally used in analyzing human behavior in therapy, now it has found its use in the field of education, allowing teachers to analyze the way in which they deal with students. But the most spread use is in organizational analysis and diagnosis. It allows the consultant to identify the way in which leaders relate to their followers, bosses to their employees and even peers. It is used by coaches and trainers in order to detect what "goes wrong" with the coaches or trainees during the dynamics of their encounter. And it is also used in conflict mediation - but just starting The book is like an aspirin: it doesn't cure or solve the problems, but helps understanding: of the self, of the others, of the world around us.
