"The Mermaid of the Kyle-of-Localsh & Journey to Skye: a story for the child & a story for the parents," is firstly a playful and colorful poetic story that both the child and the parent will find lively and entertaining and short. At times this can be a blessing and allows the parent to take time to nourish their spirit too with a true tale. It was at first written to encourage my grand-daughter's interest in finding places on Google Earth as she loved to look up places and click on the photos. It also encourages imagination with the addition of mermaids. The "Journey to Skye" section also has photos and I hope will be very entertaining to both parents and grand-parents. It could be considered a bit of a travel guide, as well as insights into parent child relationships and other miscellaneous sharings of the heart on the road of a life journey.
