He was a French Canadian detective operating on both sides of the Canada/U.S. border. He vowed to avenge the death of his undercover wife at the hands of a heroin cartel in Quebec Canada. Their paths will never cross, but come close with an unexpected conclusion. Frenchy's American associate, a large gay New York cop, survives the climatic conclusion to tell the story.
