Beskrivelse

Rates of depression rose to unprecedented levels during the COVID-19 crisis as many people became isolated in order to avoid infection from one of the worst virus epidemics in human history. With all the prevalent despair and uncertainty it is so understandable that society should have expected the mental health of the world's populations to decline. However, the general public does not analyze such things, but they do want to know how to combat such as state of poor psychological condition.

Stephen D. Edwards suffered with chronic depression for decades and having gained freedom from the dark disease, he has decided to share how he managed to attain the healing that now clings to him. From his experience he has researched the causes of depression as a starting point for a roadmap to freedom. There are no guarantees, but he believes anyone can find the path to a healthy mental state.
