The Art Of The Rep is the story of my life as well as being a tutorial on how to get fit for the new year, I present this to you as a great read and knowing that you will not be disappointed and find something great out of this book that can relate to your personal life. It bridges a connection between the reader and the author that one can relate to on many levels as you go further into the book. I bring into this book 30 years of experience, I've been living this lifestyle along with my family and with that come the journey that we all go thru on a day to day basis. The sport of bodybuilding has many athletes that go into this sport inducing their body with drugs and finding any shortcut they can to achieve what they call, "the perfect body." The fact that I was able to do this drug-free shows the perseverance that I went through because everyone was telling me otherwise that I could not do it.
