The 91-Day Breakthrough

Many times we start to breakthrough in an area of life to only be knocked down again. We lose some weight and put it back on, we start moving forward in our careers and self sabotage. We've been trained by society that a paycheck, a couch with a remote control in one hand and a pizza in the other is acceptable. We lose ourselves somewhere along the way.

The 91 Day Breakthrough is about breaking the limitations we have placed upon ourselves and become the person you were designed to be. For the next 91 days we will work on refocusing the mind, knowing that where the mind goes the body will follow.

Without getting the proper mindset the commitment to diet will die off and the commitment to exercise will exit your life. We will fall back into those old limiting behaviors that have held us down.
