Technology, Economic Security, State, and the Political Economy of Economic Networks unveils the motivation behind many of the economic actions of Asian countries at a time when the struggling Asian economies draw interest from around the world. Using the very different economic systems of Taiwan and Japan, it traces the influence of strategic decisions to the economic insecurity in these countries.
