Systems, Software and Services Process Improvement

This volume constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 28th European Conference on Systems, Software and Services Process Improvement, EuroSPI 2021, held in Krems, Austria, in September 2021*.The 42 full papers and 9 short papers presented were carefully reviewed and selected from 100 submissions.
