The author shares her personal journey and recommendations from a holistic standpoint that have been instrumental to her healing. The book also describes the journey of an eczema sufferer through the depiction of a fictional character named Lisa. The author dedicates this book to all those who have suffered with eczema or any other skin condition that has affected their lives profoundly. Through poetry and person accounts, the goal is to educate and empower individuals to love and embrace the skin they're in and know that they can live a quality life regardless of their skin condition.
