AS REAL AS TODAY'S HEADLINESA gruesome crucifixion on the courthouse lawn kicks off chaos in Jergen County. As Jordan and his team discover four similar killings in the United States, the FBI steps in. The Federal case links the killings to a notorious civil rights worker's murder in the 1960s. For these killings, the motive? Revenge. The suspects? Iconic figures in the Black community. Described as a slam dunk for the prosecution, the case proceeds, threatening to ignite violence in this small rural community similar to riots in major US cities.
