I am Gabriel McBane; I was a police officer until tragedy turned me down a dark government path that required me to abandon my past. I lived off the grid of man's paper world and found solace away from a life of killing, a solace that was broken when I faced and was tainted by an old world monster. I've been stalking and destroying the Undead, with gun and guile, who plague my home since. The darkness of Shadow and the wild of the Wolf are in me, allies in a fight I must win for mankind to survive. I have accepted that killing is my calling, so I will kill the monsters that plague mankind. My name is H.M. Wolf, what's the H.M. stand for you ask; I used to think it was my first and middle name, now it's for Howling Mad. Horus Moriarty Wolf, former US Marine, and forcibly retired CIA agent. I was a man-made monster trained to infiltrate and kill by any means necessary. I used to think I was killing bad guys for king and country, but I was just becoming the monsters I hunted. Months ago my life was saved by a Werewolf Shaman who in doing so awoke something within me, something powerful and dark. I found out the world is full of Supernatural things, and I am here to cull the herd. I am the Shade of Dark Moon, and Death is what I do. Krubera Cave, the Crow's Cave, the deepest known cave in the world. Climb to the top of Mount Everest and look down at the rock you stand on, that's what's above you when you stand at the lowest point man has delved. What lies beneath that point is the problem two killers must find and destroy. The trip to the mountains of Georgia Russia is no easy one for them. Hunted by men and Vampires, H.M. Wolf and Gabriel McBane must find a way there first. Wolf, who is haunted by his past in Russia must find a way to coexist with a man who works for the same government that is trying to kill him. Gabriel has to coexist with the Vampire and Demon that Wolf travels with. Can two killers create enough trust in each other and their companions to survive the dark world that is buried inside their now dark world.
