Genevieve shares a common fear that plagues many women: the fear of being just like their mothers. Undoubtedly, she has good reason to want to be nothing like her ill-mannered and venomous mother, Mama Rose, who keeps her bible in the cupboard next to her stash of poison. However, when her marriage starts to fall apart, Genevieve finds out that blood runs thicker than water and she may be more like her devilish mother than she cares to admit.
