Reprography and Copyright Scenario in India

This book deals with Copyrights relating to Reprography i.e. Reproduction or copying of the copyrighted or published works in the field of literary works and also describes the existing copyright scenario prevailing in India.

This book is divided into three Parts consisting of ten chapters for easy reading: --

Part - I consist of four (4) Chapters highlighting the general concepts. Chapter 1 includes introduction followed by Chapter 2 deals with Reprography and Chapter 3 with definition and forms of copyrights, Chapter 4 talks about Collective Management of Copyright.

Part - II consist of four (4) Chapters. Chapter 5 explains about Copyright and Legislative framework, Chapter 6 deals with The Copyright Act in India followed by Chapter 7 Collective Administration of Copyright in India and Chapter 8 explains Different Models of Licensing.

Part - III consist of two (2) Chapters referring to Collective Management Organisations that support and ensure the rights of Authors & Publishers at National and International level. Chapter 9 explains Indian Reprographic Rights Organisation (IRRO) and final Chapter 10 deals with International Federation of Reproduction Rights Organisations (IFRRO).
