In this student edition: For Kids and Adolescents (and Parents) Lessons, observations, experience, memories, CIS debriefings and much more led to the writings found here. Written as it was over a period of four and a half years - it is succinct, frank and honest - hard-hitting and direct to the point. No flowery words or baby talk - matter-of-fact and straight-forward, as it is in the experience of the author. The idea is to share in the hope that someone will find it of value, and save themselves or another. A book of Hope and Learning for despondent kids, adolescents and parents. This book covers suicide, bullying, physical and sexual abuse, long term and short term depression, mental health, recovery, attitudes, sudden unexpected death, feelings, talking, resources, education, disorders and much more. The articles about mental and physical abuse and survival remain and are reorganized by topic and the Table of Contents changed and updated. An Index has been created and added. Two articles have been added for this book edition which include a long article about Anticipation Anxiety. The Table of Contents include; Hope, Bullying, Anxiety, Suicide, sexual abuse, Promises Broken, Mental Health, Death, Critical Thinking... The information in this book may save your life, or the life of someone you know and can help. Not only are problems identified, possible solutions are presented as well. This is not a how-to book. It is simply my experience and knowledge passed along to you. What you do or don't do is up to you. I have presented what I hope are options you may not have thought of yet, therefore giving you some time to think and act for positive thought and action.
