The Private Secretary is an explosive and action-packed drama. It excels in exposing endemic evils of our modern society in all its profundity. To some extent, it shows that the misbehaviour of an individual can cause a chain-reaction in the milieu that he dwells. Mr. Maseko is the epitome of a boss who uses his fiscal power to act as it pleases him. He breaks teenagers' hearts and braggarts within the human society as an untouchable. While he is away on 'business errands', his private secretary; Ms Dada faces a mamouth task in shielding all the assaults launched by his multiple ennemies. Through different scenes and acts, anyone who behaves like Mr Maseko discovers a kind of truth tha scathes one's ears and that becomes consciously unbearable. The comical ingredients in the opening scene may lead the reader astray; but as one progresses, one discovers that the book is indeed provocative, acerbic, daring and satirical. It is a portrait of character. About the Author Jemadari Vi-Bee-Kil Kilele was born in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Notwithstanding his country of birth, Jemadaris academic background as well as his extensive traveling in many countries has enabled him to speak and write fluently in both English and French. as an erudite enthusiast, he holds a Masters Degree in Education Sciences, a Diploma in Project Management, a Certificate in Diamond Evaluation and Expertise, a Diploma in Management Development, and a Certificate of Achievement in Leadership Management from the Dale Carnegie Institute. His literary skills gained expression through intensive and profound readership, which culminated in the production of a variety of literary works. He received an International Poet of Merit Award in the year 1995 in Washington DC which facilitated his acceptance as a member of the International Society of Poets operating from the USA. In 1998, Mtus published The Afrikan Tales which is a collection of short stories compiled by Mr. J. Kilele. Minerva Press in England published his first play, The Serial Killer, a powerful and moving account of our contemporary headline events, in 2000. It seeks to explore the current theme of HIV/AIDS. The Trail of Satan an intriguing summary of accusations and defense, which attempts to open up, a debate on the spiritual embodiment of good and evil, is currently under review.
