Perfect Vision

The 1920 publication of "Perfect Eyesight Without Glasses" by William H. Bates, MD launched the famous Bates Method. This method has since become the most widespread and respected approach to eyesight improvement in the West. Due to its ornate style and technical language, the original has been inaccessible to all but the most determined reader. Now, for the first time, this precious knowledge is available in plain English for all to read.
