PASSAGE TO MORE THAN INDIA presents the twin collections of short stories INSIDE INDIA and OVERLAPPING WORLDS by the author in one volume. The stories cover a wide range of topics and themes related to contemporary India such as religion, politics, family, environment, and death and taxes, but they freely wander from time present to time past and the future, and move from one place to another within the country and around the world, as if there are no borders. The world of fiction overlaps with the worlds of fantasy, fairytale, myth, and other literary genres. The real, probable, and the possible overlap, as also real, unreal, surreal, between stories and within stories.
