The past 50 years have seen a revolution in the United States. Computers, robotics... the spectacular rise of the Internet. But one thing has not changed appreciably - the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967 (ADEA). The ADEA was weak and riddled with loopholes when it was adopted by the U.S. Congress a half century ago, and it has been further eroded by the U.S. Supreme Court.
