This text has been written for MBA students who seek a short course to grasp in detail the various and rich aspects of behavioral studies albeit at a quick pace. The first chapter presents the fundamental concepts. The next five chapters cover the behaviors of individuals and groups in organisations in a critical manner to offer new ways to account for such behaviors. The last chapter covers the behavior of organisations. That is, it gives sufficient detail to grasp the fundamentals of organizational behavior proper. Each chapter is organised in a simple format: conceptual presentation; in-class self-awareness activities; in-class case study activities that can be used for any case available in the market provided the topic under study is the same.
