Beskrivelse
A very average father and son get lost again and again as they run and hike in the hills and mountains of Britain. Together, they overcome rough weather, bog-trolls, and missing tea-bags. They quickly learn that there are joys beyond the touching of summit cairns; waking up above a temperature inversion after a wild camp; games of cribbage and a dram or two in a remote pub after a day on the hills; the hissing of a gas stove as they brew up and look over an array of arêtes; coming across a stag nonchalantly posed on a rocky knoll high above Knoydart; meeting a host of like-minded souls in bunkhouses and hostels (including the lady who kept roadkill in the communal fridge). In doing so, they form a connection to the hills that will guide them through good times and bad.
