This book is the continuation of: Celebrating Ayy m-i-H Around the World. The Fast is a special period of restraint observed in the last month of the Bah ' year. It is preceded by the joyous days of Ayy m-i-H and followed by the celebration of Naw-R z, the Bah ' New Years. Through simple, melodic rhymes, this book intends to teach the meaning, purpose, and spiritual atmosphere the Fast and Naw-R z creates around the world.
