Negative Self Talk

A lot of what I will be saying is very simple, you may think that you know it already but it's not knowledge that is power, but the application of the knowledge that makes it powerful. You may not have noticed but you already do self-talk, you can't stop doing it, you can stop breathing for a while if you try, but you can't stop self-talk, if it's even thinking about not doing it, you are still doing it. You are your thoughts whatever you always think about will affect you either in a negative or positive way. Everything that we do is out of habit, so we need to change any bad habit that we have. Having negative self talk is a very bad habit and one that can be very harmful to our physical and mental health, we all should make a deliberate effort to change, the moment you start doing it you will see the difference reflected in your life and the people around you. It's not easy but I have family and friends who have started to change the way they think about life and situations, the results have been awesome. Always speak positive words in your future, no matter how tempting it is to drift into negativity, never lose site of the bigger picture. Change how you look at things and you will see it differently. Change your inner conversations.
