Quitting smoking is difficult, especially if you have spent years, even decades of your life doing it. Hope's book on quitting smoking in less than 14 days began like so many other life changing events. While on a field trip with a group of children she was supposed to help educate, Hope was made blatantly aware that her smoking was getting out of hand by the blunt observations of the same children she was there to educate.
