Mutiny

In Liberatia, the rich are in power, leaving the poor to the slums. When Emerson, a teen in poverty, comes home to find that her parents have been arrested for attempting to start a rebellion against the government, she'll do anything to get them back. But the Refutes, the rich, have begun to send the children of Mutinies to train with the Beggar Breakers, a force to combat the Mutiny rebellion.
