In the 1st book Middle C learns where all the keys live on the piano from her new animal friends and is introduced to the music staff. Book 2 involves note reading in a whole new way, musical concepts and teaches Middle C about the note values with a clever story. Book 3 reviews note values and note reading on the staff and continues the music learning with music terms and symbols, intervals and dynamics as Middle C travels to Music Town. This is a fun and engaging way for children to learn about music. Adults will find it entertaining and a helpful learning tool as well. Teachers are finding it very helpful in presenting music concepts in a fun story. All 3 books have 29 bright colored pages and the pictures are great at catching children's attention. Stories are an excellent way to learn any topic, but this book really brings music to life in a fun and creative way.
