There are 20 mazes, 20 numerical sudoku and 20 alphabetical sudoku (60 in total), which are organized into 2 difficulty categories - from the simplest ("10") to a bit more difficult (but still easy) ("15"). Take a look at the back cover to see the examples ("Look inside" option).
If you are not sure what kind of difficulty you should choose for yourself - our gray cover series contains books with levels from 10 to 50 to give you the chance to try them all and decide :)
There is one puzzle (maze, numerical sudoku, alphabetical sudoku) per page which gives you clear view on the whole riddle and let you focus your mind on it. It's also the advantage for seniors - everything is clearly visible.
At the end of this activity book you can find the solutions to all of the mazes, numerical sudoku and alphabetical sudoku - this might be helpful if you get stuck.
You will literally feel how your brain cells grow while trying to solve these puzzles. And when you finish this set of riddles - you can always choose the next one, possibly with other range of difficulty levels.
