Lucid Moments: A Little Book of Reflections

Lucid Thoughts is a small collection of micro-poems and reflections written over the span of 30 days. These poems and reflections are all product of introspective thought during morning meditation. Purposeful reflection is a powerful tool that can align positive thought and direction while opening doors to incredibly meaningful interactions with others. Each of these reflections and micro poems represent another step towards the evolution and growth of the human spirit that is always aware of the human condition without ever leaning towards casting judgement.
