The Covid pandemic hit hard and it affected everyone. It took a toll on a lot of people's livelihood and sadly, more and more households are scrimping with very little income their households could earn.
That's why we decided to come up with this cookbook, focusing on budget-friendly pasta dishes. We believe that good food doesn't really need to be expensive. There are a lot of kitchen tricks to make mealtimes utterly satisfying and fun, even with a very limited budget. Why did we go for pasta instead of other ingredients? Pasta could easily become a meal-in-one. Serving it would barely require anything more to keep the tummies full.
Pasta is also easy to flavor up with even just a number of other ingredients. It is something that both kids and adults could enjoy. Even when the times are hard and resources are limited, you can commit to serving good food with a little help from this very useful pasta cookbook.
