When Dakota Monahan was transferred from a VA hospital in LA to Frenchtown, Montana, she wasn't happy. But the quiet and beauty of the Crooked Arrow Ranch is working its magic on her. Or at least it would if one cowboy would stop pestering her.
Skeeter Murphy is a flirt. There's no two ways about it. And since he arrived at the ranch, he's been a bit difficult. After the wildfire last month, though, he's beginning to grow up. He even said he would stop his flirtatious ways. That was until he saw Dakota. Skeeter only wants to be there for her, like he should have for his buddy's sister, no matter how pretty the new girl is.
When Dakota discovers that her initial diagnosis was all wrong, and the medication was part of her problems, a change occurs. Will the coming fall harvest celebration bring her out of her funk?
