Beskrivelse
The stage actress Helen and the librarian Paul advertise their respective professions to the newly graduated Donna; they make a case for, on the one hand, a public, and on the other a secluded existence. They argue with examples from history and literature: Joan of Ark, Judith, Lysistrata, Casanova, Descartes, and Don Quijote. During the course of their conversations they are both so impressed by the arguments of their adversary that they change fronts.
