When a group of missionaries are found slaughtered in Perm, Russia and the Russian's top genetic scientist turns up missing, a single potato arrives in Hawaii starting agent Jim Rikey on a quest to find out how this potato is linked to his uncle's murder in Perm. Viktor, a top Russian FSB officer as well as Taka Matsuura, a wealthy Japaneses businessman, are prepared to use all of their resourses to retrieve and exploit the genetic secrets the potato holds before Jim can uncover the shocking truth.

Haruko, Jotty, and Jim are united and Eddie Popp, a CIA operative, joins Jotty's NCTC team on their mission to prove Taka is the leader of the deadly RED Summit terrorist group.
