Kompetenzentwicklung in der flexiblen und gestaltungsoffenen Aus- und Weiterbildung

Kompetenzentwicklung ist wichtig für den Unternehmenserfolg. Das Verstehen und Managen von Kompetenzen ist die Grundlage für neue Aus- und Weiterbildungskonzepte und eine gestaltungsoffenen, flexible Berufsbildung. Damit Fachkräfte aufgaben- und anforderungsgerecht ausgebildet werden, müssen die Kompetenzen, die in Ausbildungsordnungen festgelegt sind, immer wieder mit dem Status Quo in den Betrieben abgeglichen werden.
