Owen Bruhn BSc Hons, Grad Dip Occup Hygiene, Grad Dip Ergonomics, is a health, safety & wellness coach, a Stillness Meditation teacher and a certified Primal Health Coach who uses the principles of the Egoscue method. Bruhn attended Meares classes during 1984. A painful injury in 2011 reinvigorated his interest in Meares method. He trained as a teacher with Pauline McKinnon who is regarded as the foremost teacher of Meares method. Bruhn lives with family and dogs in Melbourne.
