This powerful trilogy will help you begin a mentor led Bible based disciple making process in your ministry setting.Part One explains each section of the work books. It shows you who to recruit for mentor training, and how to train them. Part Two examines the Jethro/Moses Mentoring Model found in Exodus. You will explore the multiple layers of their encounter and apply it to your life and mentoring relationships.In Part Three you will examine the Biblical foundation for JumpStart.
