It's All about the Spice

The idea for this book came from years of needing to throw together 15-20 minute meals for hungry kids, or friends that would pop in on the spur of the moment. The spice creations are handy if made up ahead of time; that way you don't have to spend a lot of time measuring lots of different spices to make each meal. Plus, it is frustrating when you are out of one or two of the six or so spices you need. These handy spices can help you make a lot of very flavorful meals in a short period of time. I used the finest spice ingredients I could find. I do not like a lot of spice in my recipes, so they may be a little on the light side for those of you who do.
