This handbook is, of course, intended for African leaders as well as academics and all those interested in the historical, economic, cultural, commercial and industrial relations between the People's Republic of China and African nations, which have undoubtedly shaped the evolution of the African continent over the past two decades and, at the same time, have made China an envied adversary for its privileged relations with Africa.
China's main privilege vis-à-vis Africa is, first and foremost, that China is not responsible for the oppression and colonization of Africa and Africans, as well as the slavery and religious and political oppression of Africa and Africans that have been perpetrated against Africa by perpetrators so irresponsible that they pretend not to even question their half-truths full of lies in the past and present, just in case.
However, manipulation of the masses in the modern world is all too easy when a large part of the population is kept in political and economic uncertainty, subjected to the deepest contempt while the abundant wealth of their countries is plundered and exported to feed the unquenchable thirst for raw materials and natural resources of a global economy of which Africa is only a milk cow without a glass of milk to drink.
One can see how, in the same way, any sincere approach to development and cooperation between Africa and China is seriously criticized, mainly by those who do not want to take responsibility for their irresponsibilities towards Africa and Africans.
This book is about the real possibilities of China-Africa cooperation.
