Honor or Obey

The hero and heroine of Honor or Obey are just normal individuals going about their daily routine when actions thrust them into a world of deceit, corruption, and revenge.

The beginning of this fascinating crime drama is based on a true story, as retold by the woman who was the young Arab girl in this tale. From that traumatic recollection she experienced comes this work of fantasy, courage, and pure fiction.

The locations and timeline do not follow any logical order.

Says the author, "I have known of the retelling by the young victim, as it was the reason for her to be relocated out of the Middle East to the UK, where she worked as a school cook with my mother. The actions of the story have haunted me since."

 Lawrence G. Tilley is a retired indentured carpenter. Originally from the UK, he and his wife now reside in the Fraser Valley of British Columbia, Canada. He has written five children's books; this is his first adult novel.
